Lang Grist Mill

The Grist Mill in Lang was a place we used to pose for our childhood pictures. It was built in 1846 and is fully operational. It is also part of Lang Pioneer Village, an outdoor museum which was opened in 1967 as part of Canada's centennial celebrations.

Great place for photos, now and then. I'm glad to know that the mill is still working after a century and half...

That's exactly what an old mill should look like! ;-)

And it is truly a beautiful scene!

It is a beauty. I love the bridge and the 'white water' flowing by. Any chance of seeing a childhood photo at the spot in the future?
