Vinca

It's hard not to post pictures of flowers that brighten up our lives after a long white winter. These lovely vincas are courtesy of my neighbor who hasn't cut his lawn in ten years. They have crossed over into my yard and have formed a carpet of lavender blue. Though I spend my summers chopping down and fighting back every form of intruder from next door, I allow the vinca to stay.
