The Party's Over...

At least for the Boston Red Sox. A dejected Jonathon Papelbon walks off the field after having allowed the tying and winning runs.

But the party rolls on for the jubilant Los Angeles Angels. Good luck against the Yankees, and the Dodgers should your paths cross.

It was a beautiful day at the ballpark despite the final outcome.

Great photos of the game... I was living in my little world, as you say, and I hadn't repaired on the recent games.

Happy Columbus Day!

Methinks you should try your hand at sports photography for the Boston Globe!

Terrific photos...both of them perfectly portray the emotions of loss and victory.

Plus, the pics are clear and sharp and have great colors!

You should be proud.

I think a Boston newspaper headline called it, "Papal Bomb!"
