Maynard, Sudbury's neighbor to the west, was once a booming mill town. Today the mill has been subdivided into numerous different businesses. The face of Maynard has also changed. The Maynard Trust Company from 1913, an impressive stone building topped by the American Eagle, is now surrounded by a Korean Restaurant and a British Austin Mini, two Thai restaurants, a Brazilian bakery, an Indian clothing store, a Vietnamese Nail Salon and of course a McDonalds.

No Starbucks?
No Starbucks, but 2 great cafes and a great little diner.
A global economy microcosm. Glad the Trust's facade was saved. I noticed a similar building in Rye, New York, now an upscale restaurant.
