After 18 years and 15 Million cars, Ford stopped production of the Model "T" and from 1927 through 1932, produced the Model "A". It came in several different styles including coupes, sedans, pickups and stationwagons, and 4 different colors. I can tell you the dog is a whippet because I overheard the owner tell someone. However, I can't tell you which style these cars are. I would love for someone to identify them.

The bathing suit is an original from the 1930s. The dapper gentleman, the car and the bathing suit all look as though they've been well taken care of.

Also in the background, notice the pickup directly to the left and an early version station wagon way in the back.

Great set of photos, these cars are simply priceless as are the portrait of some of the owners.
The cars a wonderful. Nice angles. I looked thru the Minute Men web page and the last one may be the same as this: http://www.mmafc.org/membercars/1930/1930_rbatstone_cab_s.htm
I'm stunned by the beauty of these gems! I've ridden in Model A's as a child, but none of them looked like this...or as Ford said, you can have any color you want, so long as it's black!
Great photos that show off the glory of the vehicles perfectly!
Tash, thanks for looking that up. I should have thought of that.
Jacob, you're not old enough to have sat in one of these. My father-in-law however owned both a Model T and a Model A. He used to tell us wonderful stories about his adventures in the hills of western PA, including having to push them and getting lots of flats and even rolling over in one.
Oh yes I am! In northern Minnesota as a kid! I've ridden in both Model A's and a Model T! Admittedly, it was a long time ago!
Heck, my first car was a l937 Chevy!
