Excellent moon photo with the blue sky and the winter branches.
The photo reminds me, this is a 'Blue Moon' month.

You have captured magic here: the daytime moon and snow still on the branches. I like this!
Lovely shot. I have a similar one but yours is so much better, the moon makes all the difference.

PS - how sad about your work aquaintance and how horrible for his family. The police have stated that the LA lawyer was murdered. You are right - does not seem real.
