Theme Day: Paths and Passages

Is this skier working hard, posing, or, about to fall? Whatever, as long as she stays on the path.

We managed to get ourselves lost on this day. It didn't help that the map reader was reading the map of a totally different forest. It's amazing that we're still not out there lost in the wilderness suffering from hypothermia.

This forest and its paths and passages are maintained by the Sudbury Valley Trustees. SVT is a regional land trust that conserves land and protects wildlife habitat in the Concord, Assabet, and Sudbury river basin for the benefit of present and future generations.

Tomorrow I may show you what lies just off the path.

What a great photo for today's Theme even to the sign. My goodness that looks like hard work. A superb capture. Love his photograph.

I am guessing you caught him or her at the precise moment.

my Memories
I wrote in my Memories blog about the roads of my youth and how they were to travel in the winter time.

I think she's falling ;)
I really like the sign on the tree. It adds a lot to the photo.

OMG that looks way too hard and cold. Great choice and perfectly captured.

You were in the right place at the right time for this one! Well done. Did you bring that sign along . . . come on . . . you can tell us. I'll try and stop back to see what else you captured on your winter outing.
